Banana Berry Bone Broth Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

1 small banana
2 cups mixed berries
1 cup cauliflower, frozen
1 tbsp coconut oil
¼ avocado
1.5 cups FOND bone broth
Raw milk or coconut milk, if desired

Preparation:

Place all ingredients into a high speed blender and mix until everything is smooth and well combined. For a bowl, you’ll want to keep the consistency a bit thick and for a smoothie, add any liquid of your choice until the desired consistency is reached. Top is fresh or frozen fruit and enjoy!
