Learn more about how each individual ingredient from our Raw Milk Pumpkin Pie Smoothie will help nourish your body below:

  • Raw milk is unpasteurized milk that comes straight from the cow. It contains a range of nutrients, including protein, calcium, phosphorus, and vitamins A and D.

  • Pumpkin puree is made from cooked and mashed pumpkin. It is low in calories and rich in fiber, vitamins A and C, and potassium. Pumpkin is also a good source of antioxidants, such as beta-carotene, which can support eye health and immune function.

  • Pumpkin spice is a blend of warming spices commonly used in pumpkin-flavored treats. It typically includes a combination of ground cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, allspice, and cloves. These spices not only add a delicious and aromatic flavor to the smoothie but also offer potential antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.

  • Dates are a natural source of fiber, potassium, and various vitamins and minerals. Dates also contain antioxidants and may offer potential benefits for digestive health. Including dates in the smoothie can add natural sweetness without the need for additional sweeteners.

  • Whey Cool protein powder is a high-quality protein supplement derived from whey, a byproduct of cheese production. Grass-fed collagen is another protein option sourced from the connective tissues of animals. Both protein powders offer a complete amino acid profile, which supports muscle growth, repair, and recovery. Protein is essential for various physiological functions and can help keep you feeling full and satisfied.

  • Almond butter is a good source of healthy fats, protein, fiber, and vitamin E. Almond butter can contribute to the smoothie's texture, add creaminess, and enhance the overall taste. It also provides sustained energy and can help promote satiety.
