Inside the Collective, members move through the Revived Roots Method: a physiology-first framework designed to help people better understand the foundational conditions that influence how the body functions, adapts, and heals over time.

  • Health is a state the body moves toward when it is supported and in relationship with the conditions it was designed for. In this part of the Method, you are introduced to a different way of understanding the body: one that sees symptoms as communication and health through the lens of disconnection, deficiency, and excess. This creates a clearer framework for making sense of what you’re experiencing and begins to shift how you relate to your body, your environment, and your role in your health.

Rather than viewing the body through a purely physical lens, you begin to recognize the influence of perception, attention, and trust on how your body responds and how your physiology organizes itself. This creates space for a different relationship with your mind, body, spirit, and health.

Her work is shaped by clinical experience, and more so by her own process of rebuilding her health and learning how to live in a way that supports it.

She is known for her ability to simplify complex information, ask the right questions, and help people step out of confusion and into a clearer, more grounded way of thinking about their health. Her focus is on reducing overwhelm and helping you understand what actually matters and how to apply it consistently and sustainably.

    This is not a rigid cohort model where everyone follows the exact same timeline.

  • Yes. Once enrollment is open, members may join at any time.

  • No. Lab testing is not included in the membership itself. However, members who want deeper personalized insight may explore standalone lab testing or private coaching separately depending on their goals and location.

  • No. The Collective is an educational and mentorship-based wellness membership. It is not medical care, diagnosis, or treatment and should not replace your physician or licensed medical provider.

  • The Revived Roots Collective is available as a quarterly or annual membership. Quarterly membership is $297 every three months, and annual membership is $997 per year.

    Membership includes access to weekly live calls with Natalie, the Revived Roots Method, educational resources, recordings, meal plans, journals, recipes, and the community space while your membership remains active.

    The membership is entirely virtual and can be accessed from anywhere. New members may join at any time and move through the material at their own pace.

    Membership renews automatically based on the payment option selected unless canceled. Cancellations can be submitted through the designated Practice Better chat thread and must be received at least 72 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid renewal. Access to Collective materials and resources remains available through the end of your active billing period.
